Responsible for delegating job positions as well as creating policies of the organization to ensure the success of all departments. Hosts weekly meetings with other Chief officers to delegate tasks for the upcoming week. While organizing the conference from a larger scale, the chief executive officer is also responsible for delegating and redistributing resources where he sees needed.
Human Resources Officer
Jamie McKinney
Develops policies and is responsible for overseeing every member follows them. HR also handles any conflicts that are between or about members of the conference and finds a solution that works for everyone. HR is responsible for C-Suite notes, enforcing the Code of Conduct, dress code, and making sure everyone is doing their job efficiently and effectively.

Marketing
Finance and Marketing Liaison
Timothy Dias
Will attend meetings for both the finance and marketing departments, and will record and share information with both departments and is the main point of contact between the CMO and CFO. It will also help with any activities that involve the finance and marketing departments whenever possible.
Manager of Creative Design
Veronica Zamora
In charge of creating posters, flyers, and anything that promotes fundraisers and the conference. Position entails designing outgoing media such as trailers, websites, graphics, and other visuals that support and represent the present, prior, and future conferences Plays a key role in grabbing public attention and giving the conference a visually appealing theme.

Operations
Events Coordinator
Austin Sax
Also known as Event Specialists or Event Planners, I am responsible for every aspect of event planning. My main duties include selecting venues, determining the cost, arranging event services and monitoring client approval.
Responsibilities Include; managing all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes, maintain event budgets, booking venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards, and finally, assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
Food and Beverage Coordinator

As the Food & Beverage Coordinator I will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with school policies.

Josh Wilson
As an Operational Research Manager I use advanced techniques like optimization, statistical analysis, and other forms of research to solve high level problems that we might face. I help the daily operations run as smooth as possible with planning and optimization.
